I design anything from brands to services, data to digital products - and everything in between. Originally from New York, I live in London with my border terrier, Murphy.

Design Manager – Globant / London / 2022 – Present


  • Lead and manage a global multi-disciplinary design team working on client based work in the automotive industry 

  • Own design team capacity planning and reporting to senior stakeholders

  • Workshop facilitation and account communication planning 

  • Support team on strategic definitions, design solutions, service blueprints and overall design documentation

Senior Product Designer – Citizens Advice / London / 2018 – 2022


  • Lead and manage the product development team from discovery to design, test, build and launch a new intranet for 30,000 users.

  • Design and develop a new information architecture to support users finding the information they need on the intranet more easily.

  • Contribute and build a new design system to meet accessibility guidelines for all products across the organisation.



User Experience Designer – Citizens Advice / London / 2017 – 2018

  • Design and test a new ‘Contact us’ journey to support our 1.5 million website users find and access their local Citizens Advice to help solve their problem.

Brand Designer – Citizens Advice / London / 2015 – 2017


  • Design a refreshed brand for the national and local organistaion including new imagery, accessible colour pallettes and office fronts and interiors.

  • Create a self service brand function with templates, mentoring support and brand surgery sessions to protect the time and effort of my team and teach the wider organisation the basics of layout, accessibility and design thinking.

  • Work with  230 local Citizens Advice offices across England and Wales to support individual design projects from ideation to final output, often resulting in increased funding from local authority.
